CHW Certification Graduation

HCAN presents the graduates from the Spring 2023 cohort of the Community Health Worker Certification Program.
This is a hybrid graduation—we want to make sure all students families are able to see their accomplishment. In-person attendance is full. But please email Shinese Moye (smoye@healthcareaccessnow.org) If you want the zoom link.
