HCAN CHW Certification Training Program

The total cost of tuition for HCAN’s CHW Certification Training Program is $4,000. This includes your application fee. (You may qualify for a scholarship or tuition assistance. To learn more contact Shinese Moye at 513-722-5267 or smoye@healthcareaccessnow.org.)
